Working Days

The school follows of a five-day (Monday- Friday) week schedule. All the first and third Saturdays will be working days.

Tests, Examinations and promotion

The school conducts both summative and formative assessment and evaluation on a regular basis. Attendance for periodic test and examinations is compulsory. Promotion to the next class will be based on the overall performance in this tests and examinations.

Attendance

Regular attendance is a condition for promotion to the higher class. Absence from school for reasons other than illness or serious unforeseen circumstances will not be excused. If a child is unable to attend classes on any account, the parents has to send a leave note duly signed, in the space provided in the diary on the next day itself, clearly mentioning the reason for the child absence. No rank or grade shall be granted in case of any kind of leave during examination. A student suffering from any communicable disease should not be sent to the school unless a registered doctor certifies him/her fit to attend regular classes. The certificate should be produced when the child reports to resume his studies. Continuous absence for more than ten days consecutively will entail removal from roll a student will be readmitted and readmission fees will be livied.
